After thickness sanding, it’s time to “lam” your pieces. Choosing the proper grain orientation is crucial. This part is 99% prep, and 1% execution.

I use a pattern to shape all the body components prior to glue-up.
Once the necks are shaped to the finish dimensions, the pockets are cut into the bodies, and the instruments are ready for the next step.
