Sunday: photo #2 Near the top of Neahkahnie Mountain, just north of Nehalem. At this point I had just climbed 500 feet and experienced Cape Arch Tunnel. This was an uphill tunnel with Sunday afternoon traffic. The noise was deafening, the trucks went by fast and the climb was bitter. Terrifying (but what a view, huh?)
