The SpiritPathNow logo needed to feature a path in the shape of an “S”. That was simple, but a path did not feel spiritual to me. Celestial objects are. I decided to work the path into some sort of sun, but an image of a sun alone leaves out the human element. The result involves a circle of hands, fingers reaching out like sun-rays. The centered logo gave the impression of balance, but due to space restrictions on the website I had to flatten the logo. I was hired to make the webpage because of my experience at installing, configuring, designing and coding themes for Helios Calendar software. http://www.helioscalendar.com/ The Helios Calendar allows an admin to monitor a publicly accessed resource. The website lists the upcoming events, while the software offers an in-depth newsletter application. I did a large amount of php programing for this project. I added a number of custom features that allowed my client to offer incentives for the exchange of banner space. I love automation!
